Glam that is you

What is my Look!

There are a few things to consider when choosing your wedding makeup look. Taking into account the following factors will help you make the best choice for you and your bridal look.

1. Consider Your Wedding Theme & Setting

Your wedding theme plays a big role in your overall look. If you’re having a classic, elegant wedding, you might choose a timeless makeup style with red lips and soft eyeliner. For a bohemian or outdoor wedding, a natural, glowing look might be more appropriate. Match your makeup to the vibe and setting of your wedding.

2. Know Your Skin Type

Understanding your skin type is crucial for choosing the right makeup products. For example if you have oily skin, mattifying products that control shine and avoiding the “glass skin” makeup trend will be best for you. Dewy can be achieved for all skin types but the makeup products and how and where they are applied is key.

Knowing your skin type helps ensure your makeup will look flawless and stay in place all day.

3. Think About Your Dress & Accessories

Your makeup should complement your wedding dress and accessories. If your dress is very detailed and glamorous, you might want a more understated makeup look. Conversely, a simple dress can be paired with bolder makeup. Consider your hairstyle and accessories as well, so everything works together harmoniously.

4. Highlight Your Best Features

Think about which features you want to highlight. If you love your eyes, focus on a dramatic eye makeup look with beautiful lashes and eyeliner. If you prefer to highlight your lips, choose a bold lip color that stands out.

5. Schedule a Bridal Makeup Trial:

Scheduling a makeup trial allows you to test to see what works best for you. Bring pictures of makeup styles you like. This can be very helpful when looking for inspiration. Be open to your artist’s suggestions. Finally a trial run helps you feel confident and reduces stress on your wedding day.

6. Stay True to Yourself

While it’s fun to try new looks, your wedding day isn’t the best time for a total makeover. I recommend choosing a makeup look that reflects your personality & style you desire for your wedding day. Most importantly ask yourself, “Does this makeup make me feel confident and beautiful?”

The Classic Bride

For a classic bride, the look is effortless with definition to your feminine features. Think champagnes and neutrals with subtle shimmers. A soft yet bold liner that defines and elongates the eye shape, with a soft flushed cheek. Finally, a pinky nude lip to finish off the look.

The Glam Bride

The Red Carpet Glam. This look is bold! It includes a statement eye, maybe a bold red lip, winged eyeliner, and perfectly arched eyebrows. Pair it with soft waves or pin-up curls for the old hollywood look. This makeup style is perfect for themed weddings or brides who love to have all eyes on them.

The Modern Bride

She’s a trendsetter- a woman who pulls inspiration from the runway, pop culture, and social media influence. In 2025, it’s latte makeup- it varies from natural to full glam with optional pops of shimmer. Think Sabrina Carpenter rosy cheeks and a barely there softly defined brown eye liner

The Romantic Bride

The use of rose gold, neutrals, burgundies, and champagnes create a dreamy look. The Highlight is layered- serum + liquid + powder. The rose gold glow creates radiance and a sweet romantic vibe. This look would be perfect for a garden or spring/summer wedding.

The Natural Bride

Natural elegance and simple neutrals never go out of style. Neutral wedding makeup looks are a timeless. Skin like makeup is a trend is here to stay. Sophisticated, yet demure makeup that will enhance, but not over power your features.
